How to Edit the “Sign Quote” Link in Quote Emails

Overview

JGID allows you to customise the clickable link that clients use to sign quotes directly from the quote email.

You can edit:

  • The wording of the link

  • Font styling

  • Bold formatting

  • Text colour

This helps you match your branding or create clearer call-to-actions for clients.




How to Edit the Quote Signature Link

Step 1 — Open Company Details

  1. Click your company logo in the top area of JGID.

  2. Select Company Details.


Step 2 — Open Your Company Settings

  1. Inside Company Details, click on your company name.

  2. Locate the section called:

Mail Default Text


Step 3 — Edit the Signature Link Label

Find the field called:

Mail Quote Default Label for Signature

This field controls the clickable text that appears in quote emails for customers to sign the quote.

You can:

  • Change the wording

  • Make text bold

  • Change colours

  • Adjust formatting

Example:

  • “Click here to approve and sign your quote”

  • “Approve Quote”

  • “Sign & Accept Proposal”


Step 4 — Save Your Changes

After making your edits:

  1. Click Save

Your updated wording and styling will now be used in future quote emails.


What the Client Sees

When sending a quote:

  1. Open the quote

  2. Click Send Quote

  3. The customised signature link will appear inside the email

When the client clicks the link, they can review and sign the quote electronically.


Important Notes

  • Changes only apply to future quote emails sent after saving.

  • Existing sent emails will not update retroactively.
